<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy information browsing and facilitate confirmation of locations when using detailed information. <P>SOLUTION: A top page creating function 28 sends a list of simplified guide information to a browser 12, including typical guide information and guide information number information for the same provider. In accordance with the designation of guide information by the browser 12, an intermediate function 30 requests the content of the designated guide information from a content server 40 that retains the content. A link embedding function 32 embeds information about links to a map into the name of an area or building included in the content coming from the content server 40, and sends this information to the browser 12.
