PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a DVD recorder built-in electronic apparatus and a DVD recorder built-in television, in which temperature rise in an apparatus including a built-in DVD recorder is reduced. SOLUTION: In the DVD recorder built-in television 10, an exhaust fan 23 included in a DVD recorder unit 2 is arranged on the inside of a casing 3, and an exhaust passage wall 31 formed by extending a part of the casing 3, heating members H installed in the DVD recorder built-in television 10 and a radiating board 4 arranged oppositely to the heating members H are arranged in an air passage R through which air in a case body 22 is exhausted by an exhaust fan 23 along the air passage R between an exhaust fan 23 and a vent hole 31, so that air from the exhaust fan 23 is applied to the heating members H and the radiating plate 4 to cool them and the air is exhausted to the outside of the casing 3 by a stable flow along the exhaust passage wall and the radiating board.
