PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor capable of reducing an ESL as much as possible. SOLUTION: The laminated capacitor is equipped with external electrodes 102, 103 of opposite polarities each provided at both end faces of a laminated chip 101 of a rectangular parallelpiped shape in the widthwise direction, and linking electrodes 104 of opposite polarities each provided at both end faces of the laminated chip 101 in the longitudinal direction. The laminated chip 101 is provided with a unified configuration obtained by laminating in the widthwise direction a dielectric layer 105, an internal electrode layer 106 having a lead-out part 106a connected to the external electrode 102 of one polarity and a lead-out part 106b connected to the linking electrode 104 of one polarity, an internal electrode layer 108 having a lead-out 108a connected to the linking electrode 104 of one polarity, an internal electrode layer 107 having a lead-out 107a connected to the external electrode 103 of the other polarity and a lead-out 107b connected to the linking electrode 104 of the other polarity, and an internal electrode layer 109 having a lead-out part 109a connected to the linking electrode 104 of the other polarity.
