PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic part wherein the generation of cracks can be prevented while suppressing a shortcircuit and the inferior balance of layer structure. SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor 1 is provided with a ceramic substrate 3 having an inner layer 9 and a pair of upper and lower outer layers 11 and 13, and a pair of external electrodes 5 and 7 provided on both sides thereof. A plurality of internal electrodes 15 alternately connected to the external electrodes so as to ensure an electrostatic capacity are embedded in the inner layer, and two or more layers of dummy electrodes 19 and 21 connected to the external electrodes, respectively, are embedded in the outer layer. The dummy electrode 19a on the innermost side is provided on the same electrode as an internal electrode 15a on the outermost side, and the dummy electrode includes at least adjoining one pair as a different pole.
