PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungicidal agent for agriculture and horticulture that develops high effectiveness with a reduced dose and is safe to the crop plants. SOLUTION: This agrochemical or bactericidal agent comprises a substituted diamine represented by formula (1) [wherein R1, R2, R4, R5are each H, R3and R6are each independently H or a methyl group (wherein R3and R6are not H simultaneously); A1and A2are each independently a phenyl group which may be substituted or 5 to 7-membered heterocyclic group which may be substituted; Rais each independently a halogen atom, a cyano group, a 1 to 4C alkyl group; and X1and X2are each independently O or S atoms].
