PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreator capable of sufficiently mixing/reacting sample/reagent for inspection/reaction, thereby consequently further reducing an amount of the sample/reagent for inspection/reaction, and further lowering cost. SOLUTION: The microreactor comprises a filter 2 having a plurality of pores, a plurality of cells 3a, 3b formed by the filter 2, and a means capable of moving a material between the cells 3a,3b through the filter 2. As the means capable of moving a material between the cells 3a,3b, means for changing surface tension of the filter 2 is preferable, and a means for changing volumes of respective materials in the cells 3a, 3b is mentioned. The surface tension of the filter 2 is changed by using the filter 2 with a surface of titanium oxide and switching irradiation and non-irradiation of light on the surface, and the volumes of respective materials in the cells 3a, 3b are changed by light, heat, electricity or magnetism.
