PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic interference radiation by capacitive high frequency association when an electric signal is transmitted without contact between two mutually relatively moving portions. SOLUTION: In the device for non-contact transmission of the electric signal between two mutually relatively moving portions in which at least one strip line pair 11 is disposed at a first portion of the two portions for transmitting symmetrical signals, the electric signal is supplied to the strip line pair from a transmitter module 10 for transmitting differential signals, at least one reception element is disposed at a second portion of the two portions, and the reception element moves along at least one part of the strip line pair 11 at a slight interval while the two portions are relatively moving and is also connected to the reception module, the strip line pair 11 is equipped with at least one constitution elements 15 for reducing an in-phase signal component.
