PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic instrument providing a user with a simple and valid hot spring effect by making the user staying at home feel as if soaking in a hot spring and jointly giving a localized stimulus stimulating acupuncture points (acupressure points). SOLUTION: This therapeutic appliance comprises a hard body 11 composed of ceramic, resin and their composite material having spring components such as a hot spring, a cold spring, and a mineral spring, and an accessory member 12 for wearing the hard body on a living body; and the hard body has a porous part, is impregnated with the hot spring components and used in a liquid, gelled or dried state.
