PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure regulating device of endoscope, wherein while a valve release adapter is detached from a check valve, a forcible opening state of the check valve is kept for a certain period or longer, the valve release adapter is attached to the check valve without hitch, and the valve release adapter can be easily attached in one motion. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a detachment-stopping portion 53c, which stops detachment by meeting an engagement pin 12 while a valve release adapter 50 is detached from the check valve on the way of a guide groove 53 and a slope face 53d which enables the valve release adapter 50 to be attached to the check valve while the valve release adapter 50 comes into contact with the engagement pin 12 during attached to a check valve 10, wherein attachment is not stopped halfway by engagement between the guide groove 53 and the engagement pin 12.
