This element comprises a push-button section (L), a base section (K,50) and an actuation rod section (8) that extends, in the axial direction, from the base section. An actuation tooth (Z) projects radially from the actuation rod section and is located within the shaft that is deformable in the radial direction when the push-button element is actuated.
