The present invention relates to an automatic making system of a double-entry bookkeeping(housekeeping book) using a goods or service code and automatic making method thereof in which a housekeeping book can be automatically made by a code interpreted by an electronic card or a terminal system without a receipt for a purchased goods or service. An automatic making system of a double-entry housekeeping using a goods code according to the present invention comprises: an electronic card 1 stored a purchaser informations for example, a subject of purchaser, the balance of the account, for purchasing a goods or service; a collected goods code 2 listed of goods and service codes having a seller informations for example, a subject of seller and informations of the goods and service for example, name, producing area and price; a terminal 3 for interpreting a code 2 of the goods or service to be purchased and for the settlement of the price according to a predetermined program and for acknowledging a housekeeping book which is automatically made up to the present; a seller 5 for receiving and managing purchasing informations when the purchaser bought the goods or service using the electronic card 1 or the terminal 3; and banking facilities 4 connected to the purchaser and the seller 5 for the settlement of the price of the goods or service using the electronic card 1 and the terminal 3. |
