The composition for imparting the biocompatibility with the recipient's body to the implant and increasing vascularization of the surrounding tissues contains the constituent prepared from the blood of the recipient, sodium chloride and the water. The pre-treated blood serum of the recipient is used. In addition, the composition contains monobasic potassium phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, and insulin.
