The proposed device for isolating components of a command contains an array of diode elements, horizontal current sources inserted in each row of the array, and vertical current sources inserted in the columns of the array. The common point of the circuits of the horizontal current sources is connected to the common point of the circuits of the vertical current sources via a switch. Between the cathode of each diode element of the array and the negative terminal of the vertical current source, a varied resistor, an additional diode, and a fixed resistor, which are connected in series, are inserted. The fixed resistor is connected to the inverting output of the direct-current amplifier. The input of the amplifier is connected to the point of the connection of the varied resistor and the additional diode.
