The process for the access to the injured interventricular septum of the heart comprises sternotomy, pericardiotomy, step-by-step cannulation of aorta, vena cava inferior and superior, clamping of aorta, and cardioplegia. Upon the arrest of heart beating, the entry canal for the agent in the muscle of the ventricle is broadened taking into account the direction of the muscular fibers and the coronary blood vessels, this canal being used for accessing the injured interventricular septum. The defect of the injured interventricular septum is closed by the Teflon patch. After the prophylaxis of the air embolism, the cavities of the heart are sealed. The step-by-step decannulation is performed and the wound is sutured.
