A method for processing phone book telephone number information for simply using a special category telecommunications service is provided to be capable of automatically downloading telephone number information stored in a phone book of a cellular phone to change the downloaded information as retransmitting and storing the information so as to transform the information into an easy-to-use type for a user. A cellular phone terminal and a computer are networked. A type of a cellular phone is determined, and a mutual transmission method in accordance with the type is selected. Telephone number-related information stored in a phone book of the cellular phone is uploaded to the computer. An access number of a special category telecommunication operator is selected. The access number of the telecommunication operator is combined with each of uploaded telephone numbers according to the selected mutual transmission method to obtain modified telephone numbers. The modified telephone numbers and the related information are downloaded to the cellular phone terminal or the third terminal.
