<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee protection device for a vehicle capable of saving an accommodation space in an instrument panel. <P>SOLUTION: This knee protection device for a vehicle includes a case body 25 mounted at the front of the vehicle and a lid 47 oppositely mounted at the rear of the vehicle. Inner planes of the case body 25 and the lid 47 are formed on accommodating planes 31, 33 comprising recesses and projections 43, 57.
