<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing pollen capable of preventing pollen components from deterioration and capable of taking-out effective components in the pollen by crushing the shell of the pollen and obtaining fine particles by making the whole of the pollen including the shells as ultrafine particles so as to get nanometer size. <P>SOLUTION: This method for processing the pollen is provided by adding the fine particle state pollen obtained by washing/disintegrating/sterilizing honeybee pollen load into electrolytically reduced water having reducing activity and a characteristic of containing active hydrogen, mixing by agitating to make a fluid-like material by performing the adjustment of mixed liquid, pressure-sending the fluid-like material into an ultrafine particle-forming device, eliminating active oxygen generated during the ultra fine particle-forming process by active hydrogen in the electrolytically reduced water, without deteriorating the pollen components, crushing the whole pollen into ultrafine particles to crush shells and then extracting the pollen components from the ultrafine particles of the pollen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
