<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one-way clutch and a pulley device incorporated with the one-way clutch capable of taking large separation quantity between a clutch inner ring and a roller in an idle running state without changing a wedge angle and a heel position in an engagement position, and surely preventing interference of the roller and the clutch inner ring caused by disturbance such as engine vibration. <P>SOLUTION: A cam face of a clutch outer ring 16 of this one-way clutch 10 comprises a first cam face 23, and a second cam face 24 continued from the first cam face 23 on a wide side of a wedge space 19.
