<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a current sensor which can improve electrical and mechanical connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure for a current sensor 40 arranges the current sensor 40 having a magnetoelectric conversion element 42 at between a negative pole terminal of a battery and a grounding section 10. A current path connecting the negative pole terminal and the grounding section 10 comprises a battery grounding cable 20 of which one end is connected to the negative pole terminal and a fixing means 30 which is made of an electrical conducting material and electrically connects the other end 21 of the battery grounding cable 20 to the grounding section 10.
