<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by eliminating a standby time in initialization in association with the history of a use time of a user, and also eliminating the setting of a timer start time or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In this electronic apparatus, a system control microcomputer controlling means 12 stores the history of input operation 20 for an operation input part 17 about operation of a drive part for a HDD 34, a disk drive 36 or the like, and calculates a time zone in which use frequency is high from the stored history. And the drive part is timer-started using a timer earlier by a start margin time of the drive part than the calculated time zone in which use frequency is high.
