<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely identify the plant of the genus Eucalyptus. <P>SOLUTION: The method for the identification of the individual body of the plant of the genus Eucalyptus comprises the detection of at least one kind of DNA selected from (a) a DNA containing the total or a part of 28 base sequences having a specific sequence and (b) a DNA hybridizing with a DNA composed of a base sequence complementary to the DNA containing the total or a part of either one of the 28 base sequences under a stringent condition and having polymorphism between the individuals in the genom DNA of the plant of the genus Eucalyptus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
