PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-decomposable leather-like sheet having excellent hydrolysis resistance and good abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: The leather-like sheet comprises a nonwoven fabric made of a fiber of an aliphatic polyester resin and a polymer elastomer, wherein the aliphatic polyester resin contains 0.1-5.0 wt.% aliphatic bisamide and/or alkyl-substituted aliphatic monoamide.
