PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesiveness imparting agent to an acrylic plastisol excellent in coating workability, chipping resistance, hot water resistance, storage stability, and adhesiveness to a metal coated surface, because a conventional acrylic plastisol is unsatisfactory respecting to storage stability and adhesiveness to a metal coated surface, although the coating workability on an electrocoated film, chipping resistance, and hot water resistance are excellent. SOLUTION: The adhesiveness imparting agent for an acrylic plastisol comprises a blocked polyurethane and a ketimine formed from a 6-10C polyethylene-polyamine and a ketone, and the acrylic plastisol comprises the adhesiveness imparting agent, an acrylic polymer, and a plasticizer.
