PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant styrenic thermoplastic resin composition having an excellent high flame retardancy and having an excellent releasability and scratch resistance at the time of releasing, and to provide a molded article. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant styrenic thermoplastic resin composition comprises (B) 8-15 parts by mass of a bromine-based flame retardant and (C) 0.1-5 parts by mass of a flame retarding aid, relative to (A) 100 parts by mass of a rubber-modified styrenic resin composition, in which (A) the rubber-modified styrenic resin composition comprises a high cis-polybutadiene containing a cis-1,4 bond of not less than 90 mol%, in≥70% by mass of the rubbery polymer component.
