PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urea-blended formulation essentially containing no surfactant and protecting coloration when filled in a vessel inside surface of which is coated with an epoxy phenol-based resin. SOLUTION: An O/W type emulsion comprising (a) urea, (b) a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol having 70-96 mol% degree of saponification, (c) a carboxyvinyl polymer and (d) an oil component which is≤40 mass% to the whole amount of content and contains≥60 mass% liquid oil based on the whole oil content and having pH3.5-8.5. The O/W type emulsion-containing formulation is prepared by filling the O/W type emulsion in the vessel whose inside surface is coated with the epoxy phenol-based resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
