摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work jig device and a work supporting method, jointly performing carry-in and carry-out of a work, and having a function of controlling the working posture of a worker. SOLUTION: This work jig device 10 is constructed by a single or two or more support robots 11 including a hand 12 fixed relatively to the work W and an arm where the hand 12 is connected to the end thereof. The work jig device 10 includes: a work carry-in function of carrying the work W from a mounting position for mounting the work W to a machining position for machining the work W using a tool 9; a work carry-out function of carrying out the work W from the machining position to a releasing position for removing the work W from the work jig device 10 from the machining position; a work height control function of changing the height position of the work according to the physical constitution of a worker in the mounting position; and an attitude changing function of changing the attitude of the work according to the machining operation of the tool 9 in the machining position.
