SOLUTION: This game machine includes an upstream-side counter 71 counting detecting signals of an upstream-side game medium detecting sensor 26, and a downstream-side counter 72 counting detecting signals of a downstream-side game medium detecting sensor 27; when game start operation means 41, 42 and 43 or a game settlement operation means 40 is operated, compares the counted value of the upstream-side counter 71 with the counted value of the downstream-side counter 72 and when the mutual counted values are not accorded with each other, executes an error process.
