Method involves determination of image shift vector from the image difference of the images of the object features identified in the first and the second image. Derivative of the distance between vehicle (1) and the identified object features in an electronic computer is taken. The camera movement vector (8) and the image shift vector are transmitted to the computer unit as input data. The method involves taking up of a receiving region (4) in the vehicle surroundings with a camera as a first image, in the first time. A relative motion between camera (2) and vehicle surroundings is executed between the first time and a second time and measured with the measuring sensory mechanism. A camera movement vector is determined from the measured data of the measuring sensory mechanism. A receiving region in the vehicle surroundings is taken up with a camera as a second image, in the second time. The image of object features in the first image is identified, after the first time or the second time. |
