A method for plastering and finishing interior or exterior face of concrete or other types of structures is provided to give sufficient intensity to the surface of the structures, to prevent cracks or splits on the structures, and to reduce time for plaster working by using both initial working loess and finish working loess preparations effective to human health, and to form specific patterns on the surface of the structure. The method includes: an initial loess working step to apply a plaster loess to face of a structure; a finish loess working step to spread a finishing plaster loess over the initial plaster loess applied on the structure; a pattern forming step that selects a pattern frame to process the finishing plaster loess applied surface in 50% dry condition thereof and brings the frame into close contact with the finishing plaster loess applied surface by compression to form desired patterns on the surface; and a step of removing the pattern frame before completely drying the surface after leaving for 1 hour to maintain the pattern on the surface.
