PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slim, thin and long integrated circuit device, and electronic equipment including the same.

SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a scanning driver block SB for generating a control signal for driving a scanning line; a pad PDt electrically connected with the scanning line; and transistors pDTrt and nDTrt of which a connection node DNDt is electrically connected with the pad PDt and which are push-pull connected between a high-potential-side power source and a low-potential-side power source. The transistors pDTrt and nDTrt are gate-controlled based on the control signal from the scanning driver block SB. The pad PDt is disposed on an upper layer of at least one of the transistors pDTrt and nDTrt so that the pad PDt overlaps one part or the entire part of at least any one of the transistors pDTrt and nDTrt.
