<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap and a beverage-filled sealing device by which the sealing and closing performance is not damaged and a plug opening torque can be reduced even if the cap is applied to a container having a coating applied to its outer surface. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a cap body 4 having a top plate 2 and a cylinder part 3, and a liner 5 provided on the inner surface of the top plate 2 of the cap body 4. The liner 5 includes an annular inner seal protrusion 12 abutting against the inner surface of a container opening part 21 and an annular outer seal protrusion 13 abutting against the outer surface of the container opening part 21.
