PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business oriented security control system and business oriented security control method capable of flexibly dealing with the setting of data significance and access authority to data while ensuring security at a high level for many persons to a database by many people. SOLUTION: The business oriented security control system is provided with an input/output device 2 for inquiring the access permission when a user accesses information, an access authority storage device 4 for storing a user ID and information about the user's job required when determining the user's inquiry about the the access permission in association with each other, and an access authority processor 3 for determining the the access permission on the basis of the information stored in the access authority storage device 4 about the user's inquiry about the access permission.
