PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take the space among the magnetic poles of a stator sufficiently and reduce the leaked magnetic flux flowing among the magnetic poles of the stator and improve the torque, by lessening the number of magnetic poles of the stator by arranging the combination of stator magnetic poles as follows. SOLUTION: This motor has a rotor where N magnetic poles and S magnetic poles are arranged alternately in its circumferential direction, n pieces of stator magnetic pole groups each of which has a stator magnetic poles that are arranged two or more pieces in their circumferential direction and where the positions of the above stator magnetic poles are slid relatively in its circumferential direction from the above rotor magnetic poles, and a plurality of loop-shaped coils which are made in its circumferential direction, being arranged in adjacent positions in its axial direction for each of the above plurality of stator magnetic pole groups, or their varieties, and they are combined such that the number M of the stator magnetic poles is smaller than (P/2)×N when defined that the number of rotor poles is P and that the number of stator magnetic poles is M.
