PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly retrieve and specify a sensor node, which measures sensing information requested for collection or sensing information for satisfying a designated condition (an attribute and a value) concerning a meta-information, even in a sensor network system without having a server to perform the unitary management of the meta-information, etc. SOLUTION: The cluster member of a cluster transmits one's own identification information and a sensing information attribute being the attribute of the sensing information to a cluster head as retrieval information. The cluster head associates and stores the identification information of the cluster member and the sensing information attribute, which are transmitted from the cluster member, in a general purpose storage part as retrieval condition information. The identification information of the cluster member corresponding to the sensing information attribute in a retrieval request is retrieved from the retrieval condition information in response to the retrieval request of the sensing information from an external computer.
