PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body lower part structure for an automobile, comprising a flat under cover installed on a lower part of an engine room at a front part of the automobile, in which heated gas in an engine back space in the engine room can be effectively discharged outward. SOLUTION: At a back position of an engine 1, an exhaust duct 40 of a cylindrical form that is extended vertically is installed. The exhaust duct 40 is formed of a resin member in a quadrangular cylindrical form, and an upper end opening part 41 of it is opened toward an exhaust manifold 21.
