<p>A water-repellent coating clad article having a base material and, applied on a surface thereof, a water-repellent coating, characterized in that the water-repellent coating is composed mainly of silicon oxide and on its surface exhibits an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) satisfying the relationship 0.5<Ra=3.0 nm. The water-repellent coating clad article has excellent water repellency and durability, and excels in wiper operability on the surface of water-repellent coating, enabling suppression of judder occurrence.</p> |
