<p>The door comprises of two wings (1A,1B) to be first swiveled around a vertical axle (20A,20B) and then slid to the sides along rails (3A,3B) on top of the body of the vehicle for being opened. The wings (1A,1B) can be locked when closed by a swivel mounted two armed spreading lever. The lever is provided with a hook-shaped outer end at one of its arms moved across a roller in order to lock the doors (1A,1B) in a closed position. The opposite arm is coupled with the drive housing (10) moving the hook into a locking or a released position as required.</p> |
