<p>The thresher has a separating drum (28) attached to a threshing basket (34). A separating basket (36) is rotatably supported at its delivery side around an axis running parallel to the rotational axis of the separating drum. An adjusting drive (76) stands in drive connection with the threshing basket and the separating basket such that the infeed gaps of the threshing drum and the separating drum are simultaneously varied. The threshing basket is rotatably supported at its delivery side around an axis running parallel to a rotational axis of a threshing drum (22). An independent claim is also included for a combine harvester with a multi drum thresher.</p>
