The invention relates to hydraulic control apparatuses and can be used in tractor-building, road-transport machine-building, etc. A hydraulic control block has unloading slide spring-supported hydraulic valve 1, its outlet channel is connected with hydroline 9 through permanent throttle 10 to one of its end cavities, spring-supported slide hydro-dispensers 2 with variable throttles 3 and safety valve 8, at that the outputs of variable throttles 3 are connected to hydro-line 14 for hydrodistributors discharge in neutral position of slides 5, and through elements 7 OR of hydrodistributors those are connected through permanent throttle 18 to output of safety valve 8 and end cavity at the side of the spring of hydraulic valve 1, and the inputs of variable throttles 3 are connected to the output channel of hydraulic valve 1, its unloading channel is connected to discharge hydroline 13 of control block. To provide possibility of variation of flow rate of hydrodistributors in broad range at total displacement of slides of those from neutral position at the output of variable throttles 3 between the discharge hydroline 14 of hydrodistributors and hydroline of elements 7 OR additional variable throttles 16 are installed.
