<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a processed food, using a food dried product without the addition of high temperature high heat treatment so as not to spoil flavor, taste and active ingredients of the food dried product. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food contains the food dried product, and a solvent comprising at least one selected from edible oil and water. The method for producing the processed food comprises a process 1 of mixing the food dried product with the solvent followed by filling in a food container, and a process 2 of high-pressure treating the food container at -20°C to 60°C at pressure of 500-1,020 MPa for 30 min-10 h. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
