<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which is provided with an action pole which can form a thicker porous semiconductor layer and can realize a higher photoelectric transfer efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell is provided with an action pole which has a porous oxide semiconductor layer having a sensitizing dye and functions as a window pole and a counter electrode positioned to face the action pole partially with an electrolyte layer in-between. The above porous oxide semiconductor layer is placed on a transparent conductive layer which makes a surface of a transparent substrate, and an average surface roughness of a surface contacting the above porous oxide semiconductor layer on the above transparent conductive layer shall be 10 μm or more 55 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
