<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored resin composition suitable for manufacturing an inexpensive color filter in simplified processes without using a photomask upon forming a color pixel layer of a transflective color filter, to provide a method for manufacturing the color filter, and to provide the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive color resin composition is composed of: (A) an alkali-soluble resin; (B) an ethylenically unsaturated compound; (C) a photopolymerization initiator; and (D) a colorant. In a colored resin layer formed of the composition, exposure luminous energy is differentiated, thus the ratio [t2/t1] of a film thickness (t2) with low exposure luminous energy to a film thickness (t1) with high exposure luminous energy after development is in a range of 0.05 to 0.7. The composition contains a photo-bleaching photopolymerization initiator and a photopolymerization initiator showing no photo-bleaching by a weight ratio of [1:10] to [2:1]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
