PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of complication of a manufacturing process that occurs when independently molding a cylindrical portion and a pillar arranged in of the cylindrical portion, and then connecting them. SOLUTION: An approximately bottomed cylindrical molding composed of a cylindrical portion 2, a connecting portion 4 and a pillar 3 is formed, and then the pillar 3 is pushed into one end side of the cylindrical portion 2 to constitute this bumper rubber 1 having the cylindrical portion 2, the pillar 3 arranged in one end side of the cylindrical portion 2, the connecting portion 4 mounted between the pillar 3 and the cylindrical portion 2, having a thin cylindrical shape, integrated with one end side of the cylindrical portion 2 at its one end side and integrated with the other end side of the pillar 3 at the other end side, and a locking portion 5 attached to a mounted member integrated with the bottom 2a of the cylindrical portion 2.
