<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having a cutting tool that minimizes burr left from a lid along the vicinity of the inner periphery of an opening and is easy to cut the lid. <P>SOLUTION: The cap with the cutting tool includes a cap body 10 attached to a container body 100 and having a top plate 11 disposed opposite to and at a predetermined interval to the lid 110 sealing the opening 101 of the container body 100, and the cutting tool 30 attached to the top plate 11 of the cap body 10 so as to be rotatable toward the lid 110 via a hinge 20. The cap with the cutting tool is designed such that the cutting tool 30 has an opening following segment 31 corresponding to the inner peripheral edge 101a of the opening of the container body, and when the cutting tool 30 is rotated, the lid 110 is cut along the inner peripheral edge 101a of the opening by means of the cutting portion 41 of the opening following segment 31.
