<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an vehicle-mounted apparatus capable of supporting each vehicle constituting a group as well as surely arriving at destination, without needing complicated operations. <P>SOLUTION: By the vehicle-mounted apparatus, if the remaining fuel of own vehicle is insufficient to travel to the destination, the vehicle transmits to other vehicles of the group asking help information. As a result of transmitting the asking help information, receives rescue information, including the position of help spot where it can be helped by other vehicles, the route to the spot to be helped by the other vehicle is set, and own vehicle is guided.
