CONTAINER WITH IN-MOLD LABEL AND ITS MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid to form an air standing between an in-mold label and a container body blow-molded from a parison and a preform by setting a position of the height of a part of the parison and the preform being brought into contact with the mold face side for molding a body part of a split mold at the earliest time at a preset position.

SOLUTION: In the container in which the in-mold label 7 is stuck over the whole peripheral range of the outer peripheral face of the body part 4 of the container body 1, an annular thinnest thickness part 4a brought into contact with the mold face 14 side for molding the body part of the split mold 13 at the earliest time is formed to avoid the air standing between the body part 4 and the in-mold label 7 stuck over the whole periphery.
