PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device securing good operation and achieving miniaturization. SOLUTION: The lens driving device 1 is equipped with: a moving lens holding frame 7 equipped with a bearing part 7b constituting a supporting means, and an abutting part 7i being a part of an arm part 7d and constituting a driving means, which are provided on a line at a predetermined interval on one side of a lens holding part 7c holding a lens 18 opposed to a fixed lens 13; a lead screw 5 disposed to freely turn so that its longitudinal direction may go along in parallel with the optical axis of the fixed lens 13 and having a shaft part 5a arranged to be inserted in the bearing part 7b and constituting the supporting means on one end side and a male screw part 5b being the driving means on the other end side; and a nut 17 screwed on the male screw part 5b of the lead screw 5 and constituting the driving means arranged to abut on the abutting part 7i in a screwed state.
