PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in fluidity and having sufficient processability, especially a rubber composition for a rubber vibration isolator, to provide a crosslinked rubber obtained by crosslinking the rubber composition, and to provide a rubber molded product comprising the crosslinked rubber. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises crosslinked particles derived from at least one kind of recurring unit selected from conjugated diene units, acrylate units,α,β-unsaturated nitrile units and aromatic vinyl units especially a conjugated diene unit comprising butadiene or the like, a recurring unit comprising a monomer having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber such as EPDM, wherein the ratio of the flow value (Q<SB>1</SB>) measured with a Kouka-type flow tester to the flow value (Q<SB>2</SB>) when containing no crosslinked particles, (Q<SB>1</SB>/Q<SB>2</SB>), is≥1.2, especially≥1.5.
