PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation which enable the simple administration of a physiologically active substance and can retain the administration effect for a long period. SOLUTION: This emulsified preparation comprises an emulsion of a natural fat solid at 20°C, the aqueous solution or dispersion of a physiologically active substance, and an emulsifying agent.
