PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary baggage loading means which is mounted so as not to impair the appearance of a bicycle or the like, and capable of loading a general baggage and mounting a business bag or a school bag in the correct direction. SOLUTION: The baggage loading means of a bicycle or the like has at least two mounting means, and the mounting means are connected to a frame or a stay of a rear carrier, and mounted on a transverse upper portion of a rear wheel of the bicycle or the like. At least one of the mounting means has a hooking part to hook the mounting means to the frame of the rear carrier. The hooking part is coupled with a supporting part of the mounting means as a separate member, and turnably in the circumferential direction of the coupled part.
